Anyone contractor doing work within the city limits of Harper MUST have their 2021 Contractor's License on hand when performing work in Harper.
Applications for Contractor's Licenses are available online and at City Hall. You must provide a copy of your insurance along with $30.00. Roofers must have their State of Kansas Registration Certificate.
